| I have 3 girls and 1 boy. The one girl, Matilda, is the most lovable dog on the face of the Earth. All she wants is to be held and loved. Kalina is the exact opposite. She's loving, but you have to catch her first. All she wants to do is play. The two puppies, one of each sex, are not really lovable right now. But if I had to pick one that is more lovable it would be the girl. Which doesn't mean that the boy hasn't stolen my heart, because he has. So, IMO you can't go wrong. Go with your heart. Good luck.

| This is most definitely the case in my house. My girls are more my husband's dogs. Don't get me wrong, they love me but they love him more. Now my boys, OMG they are two of the biggest Mama's boys I have ever seen. I can't leave the room without the two of them going insane with panic. |

| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | We got Joey neutered around 7 months, and so we have no issues with marking, he does lift his leg, but he has a great aim. The grooming clip can help with this if you have the groomer cut a "pee string." Joey's a real mama's boy, and after having two sons, I wanted one that would stay mine! I've heard that, in general, females tend to be moodier than males, but there are great individual differences too. The vendors here, make incredible girls dresses, and that's the only time I wish Joey was a girl, but you can find lots of boys clothes too, sweaters, and hoodies look great on boys.

Weird question though -- do you think dogs know/can smell if they are related to another dog? I am thinking this may make a difference in him accepting her.
