I love hearing colloquialisms. Depending on where you live, how something is said can be so different. Soda or pop is another one. I think too with being on computers it's easier to misunderstand what people are trying to say because you can't hear them. Normally you would ask right away if you didn't understand something. But with computers and texting, I know I tend to think about things more before I jump in. BTW...Congratulations
on your 'win' with Uni's AT AT in the Halloween Costume Contest. I loved the bloopers too. That was fun!:D

I made the mistake of not telling my mom this once while she was staying a few days with her. She went 2 days without eating, threw up the yellowish bile. Still wouldn't eat. I told my mom the trick and when she did this Maddie gobbled up every bite!
BTW, they must be cut into just the right size. Not too big, and heaven forbid you make them too little! LOL

Her worst spoiled habit however is going wwwaaayyy out to the edge of the yard to do her business. Seeing how far she has to come back she decides she'll wait it out, lays down on her back, belly up and waits for me to come carry her back! NOT fun on these cold mornings!!:thumbdown

When it comes to Brinks drinking water he likes his fresh, filter, or bottled water and he knows the difference. he takes his water with 2 ice cubes not 1... He looks at me funny and wont drink the water unless there is ice. Its almost like he's squinting his eyes at me!

For dog treats brinks he only likes wellness treats, low fat chicken strips, and greenies but he refuses to chew the greenie unless I hold i for him until he is done chewing. Other than that he will take whatever Im eating.

When we go ut for walks brinks will not walk in the grass if there is a side walk, and when the grass is the slightest bit wet forget it he's not going!

Sometimes he just likes to be held like a baby while Im at home when he wants to be picked up he stands in front of m and jumps up and down on his two back legs until I pick him up.

Yep Sweet Pea is spoiled.

She has to be in your lap, if you have something in it, Sweet Pea will lick you once (like a warning) then she will nudge whatever it is out of her way so she can lay there.

She wont go to bed on her own, she has to fall asleep in your lap, then you can put her in bed, which is in my daughter's bed.

Sweet Pea has a car seat in the front seat. If anyone else rides with me they have to sit in the back.

Remember when we were kids and going to ride in the car with your parents was a big deal? (Heck having a car was a big deal), and we used to yell Dibbs on the window seat??? This baby has it all over us, she has Dibs on the whole front seat. LMAO!!!!!!!!

Kaji is so good in the car. When there is traffic, he sits up on my lap to see what the hold up is. When he's satisfied he lies down in the passenger seat and just relaxes the rest of the way. Today there was traffic again, and I just got a warning this morning about having Kaji riding on my lap in the car. I'm starting to think he needs a carseat.

Yeah the cops. Ironically it was a canine unit. He didn't pull me over or anything, he just turned his siren on to get my attention and he just said, "you can't have a dog on your lap. Be careful"

Maybe b/c Kaji was so cute, he didn't feel like he had to be a jerk :p Well once, when we were living in Lake Elsinore, there was a traffic stop (heaven knows what for, it was 10 in the morning!) and I saw the checkpoint, and I was like crap! Uni get in your bag! Of course she didn't and I didn't want to make it too obvious, so I just drove up to them. She was crying to get the cop to pet her and say hi. Good thing he was a nice dog lover. He just said, Oh puppy don't jump out!

What if the driver doesn't have the dog in the lap, like if my bf is driving and Uni is on my side? but not strapped down, do you know? Last thing I need is a ticket, but the last thing I can afford is a car seat :rolleyes:
