How spoiled is your yorkie? Can you beat Uni? LOL She is playing and is out of breath and panting. She goes by her water bowl but doesn't drink any. Why? It's not fresh! So I take the bowl and wash it out, as I'm putting in new FILTERED water, she's barking, like HUUUUUURRRRRRY UPPPP!!! When I want to give her a treat, such as cucumber, watermelon, or whatever, if she's not in the mood, she won't take it. But if she doesn't want it and I eat it instead, guess who wants some now! Sometimes when she wants up, she'll just put up her front legs on the stool or whatever and whine. I know she can jump up there just fine, she's done it a million times. She just wants me to lift her up. She'll throw her toy off the couch and bark at me to get it for her. and i do. What does your yorkie do that's super silly spoiled? |
4 Attachment(s) I don't know, but if the water isn't fresh, Tinkerbell picks up the bowl and dumps the water on the floor... She'll bark and bring me a toy, and bark until I play with her... if I ignore her she'll jump in the air like a fish out of water till she's eye level with me, which usually scares me half to death bc I never expect it... Also, she's a Uni wannabe: Attachment 296770 Attachment 296772 Attachment 296773 Attachment 296774 :D |
Ahahaha!!! I love the 3rd picture! Dumping the water bowl is not spoiled, that's straight up diva! Love it! Once bf counted how many times Uni barked in a row if we ignored her when she wanted to play. He counted 50+!!! The girl does not give up! |
I don't know about spoiled but he sure is a BRAT! If I even turn over to the other dogs around he is jumping up and down, trying to give me paw OR high five or play dead or nibble at my sleaves to get my attention. He'll sit in front of Gypsy or Danger even if it means sitting on them to get to me. |

And the barking! I can't make it past five. She's got one of those barks that sounds almost like a half scream and makes my ears hurt bad. So I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out what she wants! When bedtime rolls around, she'll get in bed and lay back to back with me, actually feels good ... a live heating pad! Can't complain there! She just adores my Hubby. She waits for him to come home from work, follows him into the kitchen, jumps up and down until he sits down and picks her up and holds her like a baby and gives her a tummy rub. She looks at him and just goes gaga over him. I could throw-up. I think it's bc he has a beard and she thinks he's a really big dog! |

These babies are truly spoiled. Emmie will come sit at my feet for me to pick her up. If I don't she will take her right front paw and lightly tap my leg. If I still haven't picked her up then she will growl at me. After I have picked her and I want to sit her back down she will turn her body so that it is hard for me to get her. Just so that I will carry her around. If I am busy with something I will get my daughter or husband to come and get her. She will turn her back to them and if they still try she will climb up to my neck. Of course I give in and will carry her and what ever I was doing will just have to wait. |
When the ice cream truck comes in the neighbor Chachi and Jewels will cry and bark untill they get an ice cream. There are other things they do but that is the most spoiled one |
My Bella has a little stool to my bed that way she can jump on it,then to my bed. Well sometimes she will just jump on the stool and look at me like "what are you looking at?pick me up" and if I dont she will bark and growl and me. So cute! If she wants my kisses she will climb to my face and put her paws on each side of my mouth. My Zoey loves to cuddle,so if im asleep on my side she will jump up and sleep on my side. She also likes to lay on her back by me,so she has her own pillow and I will rub her belly till she falls asleep. |
Uni you're so funny! Wicket does a similar thing with the water - he wants it filled fresh everytime he wants a drink  He's also started doing this weird thing where he'll go to the entrance of his crate when it's bed time and then sit and wait for me to put him into his bed instead if just walking in himself...Twinkle has got wise to this now and last night I had to put her in bed too! I can just imagine them laying there at night after I've gone to bed saying, 'What do you reckon we can get her to do tomorrow?' |
Callie has a doggie water fountain because she would rather drink the like poring water. She also cries when ever she wants something picked up, a treat, attention, the window shade up, also my grandpa will not make her get down from his chair if she in it when he wants to watch the news something he has never done for anyone, also my mom and grandma will hold her bone for her when she gets in the lap to chew it, and if you give her a treat she doesn't like or want she will throw it! |
:D Ummm lets see... Peanut has a stool to get up on the couch, does he use it? No he will sit there and look at me and bark at me to pick him up..then I say "use your stool" and he will jump on the stool and stop and then he will wait for me to get him! He has like 3 dogs beds in the house, and one in the living room, well we Dh and I are going to bed I will say lets go to bed Peanut, and if he is snuggled in a bed I will have to carry him to his other bed in the bedroom!! Lets see, Peanut goes everywhere with me, and every day he goes to work with me, he has his own bed there too!! He has like a million shirts and jackets, and he has a car seat. I am sure there is other things but I will think of them later.. |

-sniff it and then put his nose up in disgust (seriously) -if I insist on giving him something, like his kibble, he will look at me like he doesn't know what to do. IF he finally takes it, he will pick it up, look at me, then spit it out on the floor. |

This thread is a riot! And I thought I had spoiled Yorkies. All four of mine are spoiled, but not nearly as spoiled and my little Cole is. He is the littlest, and yes as much as I hate to admit it, he's my favorite. He does the thingy where he'll drop a toy and whine until I get it. My husband says it sounds like he's saying Mom when he whines (boy would I love that). He is such a little brat that when I try to take all four of them for a walk, he will actually sit down in the middle of the street and not move. Which means, I don't want to. So, I turn around and go back home and get the stroller. Yes, Cole sits in the stroller like the little prince he is, while the other three dogs walk very nicely along side. Oh, but don't we all just adore the little monsters we've created? |

Lucky bops his ball off the bed with his nose and cries for me to get it! Of coarse I do it...He cries in front of his treat cupboard for treats and as always when I come home with bags he cries to look inside too because chances are there's something inside for him!! Daddy thinks he is just making noise but I usually know just what he wants!! |

Here are some of Sam's activities that I indulge him in, he knows who the boss is:rolleyes: 1. Nightime - The most spoiled nighttime ritual is....He gets in my room, on my bed and will bark till I get him the "bah bah" he wants. Now I have gotten smart and started pouring the regular ones on the bed HOWEVER he likes to knock off the ones he want, so he can bark and I will get it. 2. Eating- the most spoiled of his eating habits is that we have bowls in the back then in the hallway. Does he eat out of them? No. He likes to have the food on the floor, so he has to have food in the floor AND in my room on the rug AND in the bowl. If there is no food in the bowl he will not eat, he will just knock the bowl around until I put food in it then he will eat the food off the floor. 3. Going in the car (nana's fault)- Normally his Nana is with us and when we go around town, no car seat. Nana has him in her lap with a pillow and Martin. We have two bully sticks, treats, and a bottled water. Well when he barks, you better know which one he wants or you are going to get sassed. He likes to switch between the bully sticks and the ends of them. There are so many other little things but these are the 3 that stand out the most to me. |

For some reason, Sushi has decided that 10pm is bedtime. and somehow that little stinker KNOWS when the time comes. How she knows the time is beyond me, but she would go stnad at the doorway to the bedroom, stare at me until I make the mistake of looking directly at her. She would bark and bark running back and forth towards the bedroom, as if telling me: "mom....don't you realize it's bedtime?????...mooooommmmm..." And when I make the announcement "Sushi, it's bedtime", she runs to the bed, and she HAS to pick up a cheweie or a toy or something on her way and bring it to bed with her. I have no idea why, but there's no way she would go to bed without bringing something to cuddle with. Then she climbs right on top of my chest, with whatever she brought to bed, and passes out. so so cute. |
