| Tell me if this makes any sense..... I miss my babies like crazy. I start to fall asleep and feel stormy against me at times. I keep shopping on-line to find something to send them even though they need nothing. My mother is taking care of them while I'm in Iraq and tells me to not bother buying anything. But I miss my kids and touch them or see them. I keep wanting to send them stuff so even if they don't miss me they stiff are using stuff i send them. I know i'm crazy. I just don't know what to do about the hole in my heart. |

| First of all....Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for going to Iraq and serving your country. It is people like you that are the true heros in this world. I'm sorry you have to miss your babies in order to do your duty. I understand how you feel. Take comfort in knowing that they are being taken care of by a loving mother. The rest of us will keep you and yours in our prayers. Hugs to you from me and mine! |

| I just can't say it any better than Lou did. I echo her every word. Bless you.

| Ditto the above ... Ask your mom to send you a lock of their hair. I've done this when they go to Rainbow Bridge. It gives you something soft to touch, not the same as having the whole dog with you, but I find it comforting and helps me not to feel so sad when I remember them. And, no, you're not crazy. When you feel them next to you, it's transcendental spirit travel. They are visiting you in their heads! Or muscle memory, an unconscious act on your part. But it's neat to have a moment when your mind thinks they are there next to you! Bless you, and all your comrades. May God be with you, always.

| I don't know if this will help you or not but what if you donated your $$$ to help save more Yorkies that are in rescue.(I know of one rescue that would send you updates and stories)..we have rescues in desperate need or many things and I think it will make you feel wonderful inside. I know you must miss your babies desperately...I really had trouble sleeping when I had to travel and I wasn't gone anywhere as long as you are. Thank you for keeping me safe and warm and protecting our honor. My father was a Navy pilot who won the Distinquished Flying Cross and honor was everything to him.
