Ditto the above ... Ask your mom to send you a lock of their hair. I've done this when they go to Rainbow Bridge. It gives you something soft to touch, not the same as having the whole dog with you, but I find it comforting and helps me not to feel so sad when I remember them. And, no, you're not crazy. When you feel them next to you, it's transcendental spirit travel. They are visiting you in their heads! Or muscle memory, an unconscious act on your part.
