As for a having a human child I have 2 and now they are all grown. You really should watch what you say as I don't care about the WEIRD comment you have just called that to all who answered this thread but the child comment could hurt someone if they were unable to have children.

I must say this is not so nice of you. I have human children that are grown and I feel the same way about this list. My furbabies are living things that I love and care for. Think of others feelings before you post negative things.

13. You will use your camera like never before.

14. When you shop you will always look for the doggy section.

15.You will dress your baby and your family will think your crazy.

16.You will become upset when people say "its just a dog"because you know it is not.

17.You will join a great forum like this and ask what you think are stupid questions but they will be answered with care and consideration.

18.You will start to wear yorkie jewellery or even get a tattoo.

19. Your partner may even start acting like a yorkie by asking for cuddles and kisses.

20.You will look at your home from all angles to check for dangers.

So if you view the above as positives as I do and not negatives you will be a great yorkie owner.

My children are grown too...and my furbabies are not just dogs to me they are my babies...DH says i am in heaven its like I am in my second motherhood...when i look at their little faces I don't see just dogs they are like my children...so what!! DH is the same way. When I first mention wanting a yorkie he said whats a yorkie? Two weeks after we got Jada he said she needs a companion to keep her company and then we got Bogie.They are the center of our lives and such a joy to have as part of our family.

Thank You for sticking up for us all. She/he just wrote that right after my comment, and to be honest, my feeling were hurt. I got off the computer so I would not say something I would regret later.
I like other, have children, grown, and even have grandchildren, and I still feel that my babies, Are my babies. I am also retired, so I do have time. And I really was thinking of getting at tatoo. LOL!! I guess the older you get, the crazier things we want to do. Again, thanks for saying what you said, I wanted to. Darlene

My furkids mean so much to me, they are my girls. HUmmm I am sorry you are not atttached to your yorkie , I think that is sad for your dog. Maybe a better home is in order for this yorkie, , it is weird to be so attatched to your yorkie and love your dog ?

I have always wanted "puppy feet" on my shoulder, back, someplace and my neighbor said to me the other day, "Darlene, get ready because a bunch of us are going to get a tatoo in January". She is turning 50 in Jan. LOL !! OH life is so much fun.
