| ![]() good on you for going over, but i would ring animal control, chis do not tolerate any type of cold, i know i have a beautiful long haired girl, these ppl are very cruel to treat any dog like this let alone a very young puppy and do not deserve to have this dog, puppys can drive us mad at times crying when we bring them home first, but after doing research, which every new owner should do about their intending breed you know this will be part of your wonderful journey with your new companion, friend. i am so sad but also mad ![]()

| ![]() That is horrible. Yes, I would take pictures and call animal control. The reason for it...it will give a record of it. The more evidence that you can collect the better the chances are that they will take action if needed. And it seems that it is needed in this case. I once called on a neighbor who kept her afghan out on the balcony with a bowl of food and water and it's own mess. She kept it on there all day long. We finally wound up giving it water because it had spilled it bowl. The balcony was covered in it's own poo (lots of it) Animal control took the dog, but then she got it back. Then she shaved him to the skin! and left him on the balcony again. I called a 2nd time and they took the dog. So the more documentation, the better the case to take that baby away. The sad part of it all is that that poor baby will have to suffer before it can be helped. maybe if animal control steps in it will wake them up however. We can only pray that, that happens for the sake of the puppy. good luck and please don't beat yourself up, you didn't know and certainly would never expect someone to mistreat a puppy like that. Hugs, Bo

thank you all for the wonderful feedback .If I ever hear this baby cry again, no matter what time it is , I will, be calling the police. No more chances given for those stupid people. They are not neighbors , just some people who live in a apartment complex accross the street, who obvioulsy did not care about their puppy. The manager told me that they must have just got the pup. The manager was clueless. Now she is not . I don't think they are even suppose to have pets in there. I am going to follow up with her, and see what action she did to ensure this NEVER happens again.

| ![]() If these people really did put the puppy outside because it was crying I would hate to think what they would do with a crying human baby. How disgusting...the thought of people like that makes me sick. I hope that it goes to a better loving and WARM home.

| ![]() How sad and sickening! And good for you!! Try calling your local animal control officer if you have one and get it reported! That is so upsetting. Some people shouldn't have pets!!

| ![]() That absolutely makes my blood boil. I can't believe people are that stupid. Nooooo, they are out and out mean. That is cruel and abuse. I wish when something like that happens that the animal could be taken away from them and never, ever, returned. But, then our laws are so crazy, look how many little children have been abused, only to be returned to some low life. |

| ![]() l am so happy you reported them to the manager. lt's terrible the way people can actually get away with the cruel way they treat animals. You did the pup a great service by reporting these idoits. l would report it again if it continues to happen to the pup.

Senior Yorkie Talker | ![]() That is so sad. I agree, What is wrong with some people???? My ex neighbor had 2 little dogs, one was a miniature Cocker Spaniel and I don't remember what the other breed was but it too was little. We had a snow storm that knocked the electric out of our block for over a week. For 3 days, this lady left those puppies outside!! I was furious!! I finally knocked on her door and told her to put those babies inside. Some people should never be allowed to own a pet. |

| ![]() I'm pretty sure you can call either animal control/the pound, and the dog can be taken away if it's being abused. I'm also fairly certain that the owners can be prosecuted if there's a case of abuse or neglect. This would make me so angry too! I sure hope that the little puppy has a better life than what has been shown so far!
