I am a light sleeper, however this little chi was suffering. And to know it was a baby pup , in the cold, makes me ill to even write about, I now wish I acted sooner. Just let the puppy jump into my arms .
I feel badly not acting sooner , at least take the pup home into a warm house. Then find a new place for the little one to live .
Well you absolutely did the right thing by telling the manager Please keep us updated if you are able to find out more information about what happened to the poor little thing. Bless your heart for doing what you did.
