That would of been the ideal thing for me to do! However, If those people are willing to treat a tiny puppy that way, who knows what kind of reaction they would have had if I had confronted them?
thank you all for the wonderful feedback .If I ever hear this baby cry again, no matter what time it is , I will, be calling the police. No more chances given for those stupid people.
They are not neighbors , just some people who live in a apartment complex accross the street, who obvioulsy did not care about their puppy. The manager told me that they must have just got the pup. The manager was clueless. Now she is not . I don't think they are even suppose to have pets in there.
I am going to follow up with her, and see what action she did to ensure this NEVER happens again.
