Anyone hear from Dawn (Iluvmygirl) she does bows??? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

ddbows.com is her site and I know quite a few of us ordered her very pretty bows. Well has anyone been in contact with her lately? I'm worried about her as I ordered bows for Cosmo and Izzy (not my first order with her as she was always reliable) but she has been MIA since I put my order in August..sad thing is I went to her site, paid via PP and someone withdrew the funds but no bows.

Unfortunately I had to submit a claim with Paypal. I really don't care why she is MIA I just either would like my bows or my $$$ refunded but no answer from her.

Paypal ruled in my favor but since no funds in her account there is nothing to refund.

So if you know her or how to get a hold of her I'm not mad just want to get this resolved. I hope nothing bad has happened to her. I know the economy is tough and if she needed the money that's fine but at least make me the bows and send.

I am sorry this has happened. This same thing happened in the past with her and she had quite a few people upset with her. I havent seen her on here for awhile. In the past she said she had computer/health problems but still she seems like an unreliable seller to me

Wow thanks Chachi I had no idea. I ordered so many from her in the past with no problem. Last I heard from her was March on YT but I knew she said she was busy with her new site.

Shame since she does really unique bows and I love them better than the "standard".

See the thing that ticked me off was the fact that I ordered these about 6 weeks ago and someone was well enough to pull the funds from PayPal.

Yes it is a shame. Last time she said she couldnt communicate with the people that ordered from her because she had computer problems but she could have went to a library and used a computer or just send out the bows that were ordered. I did think her bows were unusual and cute

I am sorry this happened to you. The last time that I knew of her coming back on, she did try to make amends with anyone who purchased from her. She actually pm'd me cause my order got screwed up but I never got back with her and she disappeared again. It is a shame as she did do some nice work. I know she said that she had health issues, computer problems, household problems and her yorkie got pregnant. So she had a lot going on. I hope that you can get your situation resolved.

I always get my bows from ladysmom! They usually come in just a few days and they are perfect! she even does custom work, so, just thought I would give you the option. I have ordered multiple times from her and am always thoroughly please!

I never knew about the problems people had had with her on here. I recommended her to another Yorkie owner (who ordered 14 bows and was happy with them) and Dawn pm'd me and offered me 5 bows at a discount and one free, so I picked them out and pm'd her back. and never heard from her again

This was about 5 months ago

I just received a email from paypal this morning refunding my $$$$ that I spent on a bow from her Aug last year with a note that it was shipping...Guess I completely forgot I never received it. I went to her website and saw that it was closed for the timebeing...I love the craftmanship and quality of her bows, and although I do realize that she has been going through some rough times...I too have to say that she is not very reliable...

I do have an email address for her...pm me if you'd like what I have...

I ordered bows from her in the past and like you....i payed with paypal but never received the bows. I never filed a complaint with paypal though, i just left it alone thinking it was my loss. Then after a few months, just out of the blue, i get an email from her apologizing for not sending the bows...she said she had computer problems....she didn't even know i payed but she refunded my money. She is a very nice lady but she had a lot of problems with her health also. Hopefully, you will hear from her like i did. I hope she is ok.
