I ordered bows from her in the past and like you....i payed with paypal but never received the bows. I never filed a complaint with paypal though, i just left it alone thinking it was my loss. Then after a few months, just out of the blue, i get an email from her apologizing for not sending the bows...she said she had computer problems....she didn't even know i payed but she refunded my money. She is a very nice lady but she had a lot of problems with her health also. Hopefully, you will hear from her like i did. I hope she is ok. |
