oh yes, and also that when a bad time comes along, we offer our best support and comfort that we can. even if we have never really "met" we still feel like we know these people, and consider them our friends. i think that we have learned you don't have to see people to know they're your friends.

awwwww this is so sweet! I have learned that when I'm lonely I have lots of friends here and people that love their animals as much as we do are priceless!!!

Also, I've learned that it is possible for my babies to find love Hallie and Weegie have a great relationship

And that each yorkie is as unique as their parent(s)

I never sign out. I have learned how to do Yorkie CPR. I am a nurse so it came relateively easy. My baby has all but stopped eating his dog food but he got into the kitchen today and was eating a bite or two of the little bites I had down for my pug and poodle. He was moving his head funny and I watched him a minute then picked him up and saw his little mouth was open and he was trying to get something out so I whacked him (gently) on his underside of the rib cage and it popped out and went all the way across the floor. If I hadn't read that on here last week, I would have panicked. A tip. Someone on here said the other night if you can't whack them and get it out, stick your finger down the neck. NOOOOOOOOOOO That is bad. If you are doing it on a child or baby never do that unless you can see the object because you will push it down farther. Yorkies would be the same.

What have I learned from YT? Hmmmm...let me see.
1. Yorkies come in all different sizes, shapes and colors.
2. Way too much about dog food.
3. Way too much about dog poop.
4. I am not alone when it comes to being 'goofy' about my boys.
5. I don't post a lot but after lurking for a while...your shorts just don't fit the same.
and #6...drum roll please....
During a hurricane...make meatloaf. We're new to Florida so that one might just come in handy at some point!

I have learned that YT'ers are all willing to help and share what they know.. they all care alot about you! That our babies are just children with fur coats..that the smaller they are, the more careful you have to be.Don't wait to go to the vet if you think something is wrong. it can be too late very quickly. Don'y let you baby jump down from high places. Keep nutrical on hand. And on and on and on..I learn something new every time I log on.
