With Keegan it definitely started naturally, with a natural sneeze (not the reverse kind, I'm familiar with those, though). He simply liked that someone would stop what he/she was doing to look at him and say, "Bless you!" His fake sneezes are nothing more than attention-getters--not even an actual sneeze, much less the noisier reverse sneeze.
I just think it's cute that so many of our little guys discover they can do this and play it up so well. So much personality packed into tiny little bodies.

My Milo does it when we are eating. I made the mistake of giving him food onetime when he did it and said sneeze so now he will just start doing it while we are at the table eating. Smart little fellow.
