| I use Tear Clear from Petsmart. I put it on a cotton ball and put rub it under his eye before his bath. Someone in the past also suggested using a an eyebrow brush (the teeny tiny ones) to brush the hair around their eyes to get the crusty stuff out.

| Heres what I do with prudence, every morning its the same routine get soft cotton pads,(i buy them by the box) fill a small bowl with water, soak it in bowl dont wring it out too much hold the head with left hand and with the right hand softly wash the crust out. Then with a small comb comb the gunk out if the fur is wet enough it will come straight out.I wouldn't muck around with products just use water. It works for me.
