| Man threatened to throw my yorkie over a fence! Walking with my 3 dogs yesterday in a recreation ground and because of little conor (rescued yorkie) being deaf and has impaired sight I keep him on an extended lead. This chaps big black labrador ran up to conor. Conor is antaganistic towards other dogs but backs off at the last minute also he has many teeth missing so he couldnt bite anyone anyway. This lab pounced on conor aggressively, conor and lab, around my ankles, I thumped the lab to try to get him of conor. Chap had no control on his dog he ran up and called the dog off. Dog walked a short distance with his owner and decided to come back. his owner again had to come and fetch him. When this happened a third time, I shouted at him to hook his dog up on a lead. He then said on retrieving his dog, he wont hurt anyone. So I said he attacked my little dog. To which he replied." Your dog attacked mine first and if you hit my dog again I will pick up yours and throw it over the fence". I was livid. I am ringing the dog warden today to report an uncontrolled dog. |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Ugh, I'm glad your pup is all right. Was the Lab unleashed? Was it an unleashed area? I think you should report that guy for making a threat like that. What an ass.

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Good for you defiantly report him . I get fed up with people that think their dog can do what they like and the owners taking no responsability for it. Your baby could have been really hurt and thats what turns nice dogs into frightened aggressive ones.

| Yes, the threat was bad and I'm glad Conor is o.k. but I feel you need to take more and better responsibility for Conor. In your own words you said: Quote:

But it is absolutely ridiculous what the man said to you, and completely unnecessary. I'm glad he's OK!
