| Mine is terrified of baths, will tolerate showers, and backs away from water fountains and landscaped waterfalls. She's not terrified in the rain, but just a little bit miserable for getting all cold and wet. |

| Well mine don't seem to mind the chlorine and it didn't seem to hurt them. Actually my Dexter drinks the water constantly so I really need to watch him. BF chlorinates as minimally as he can because of Dexter's drinking. I am always yelling at him to stop drinking the water! I would think Public pools use a lot of chlorine and most public pools probably don't allow dogs in them. I usually rinse them off with the hose and brush them out when the swimming day is done! They tend to mat up with the lifejackets on all day.

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Tia is not a water baby either she hates bath time but likes drying time lol. I was thinking about getting a small kiddies paddling pool this summer for her to practice in or maybe run a bath and jump in with her lol . I would so love to see her swimming.

| Poppy absolutely hates the bath! She spends the entire time pacing from one end to the other, as if smelling clean and sweet is the worst thing in the world that could possibly happen to her. We rented a villa with private pool on holiday a few years ago and we popped her in with us, well she hated it and doggie paddled at break neck speed into my arms to get straight out, lol. I wish she enjoyed the water more as all the dogs i see out on walks look like their having so much fun jumping in and out of the water.

| The only water that Tobie has been around his bath water, rain and I guess snow counts. Rain doesn't bother him a bit and he loved the snow! I am really considering getting him a kiddy pool for this summer. I think he would LOVE that. Yorkies don't seem like the kind of dogs that like water so I was shocked that Tobie does. It seems like he's not the only one!

| Molly is a 1 year old and has always seemed to hate water. She goes crazy when she has to have a bath going so far as to hide or jump out of the tub frantically (she's getting worse). If there is a puddle of water anywhere on her walks she jumps over it or goes around it...funnily enough she walks on the wet grass. Does anyone know if there is something I can do to help her like water? |

| Jamie loves to swim in a lake and she doesn't mind a bath. She also likes the rain and loves the snow. My other yorkie, Jessie, used to hate all forms of water. Each yorkie is so unique. |

Donating YT Addict | Let me tell you that Bee 100% HATES baths. I have found a solution, but I must warn you its a weird one. Because once she needed a bath, so I put her in the bathroom with me while I took a shower because I was gonna give her a bath when I was done. But she kept trying to see me, so I put her in the shower with me so she would calm do & when I do that she is 100% fine & doesnt care. weird, i know.

| Wish Shadow loved her baths. She doesn't freak out, but she gets stiff and shivers and looks at me pitifully. When she's all done and dry, she runs to the carpets to roll around and rub her face. It's as if she's saying she likes to be messy!! |
