This seems to be a very reasonable resolution to this problem. If the seller agrees, perhaps we can close this thread and move on? | |

I wouldn't be surprised if you're actually a relative or friend of the seller - why otherwise would you defend her with such an angry attitude??

| I have. I've had several people look at her hoping to find her a good home. I figured based on the combative and attacking nature of the seller when I presented my issues, (whom I might add I didn't know prior to this transaction and I'm not friends with), I wasn't getting my money back. She doesn't WANT the dog back and doesn't appear at all interested in what in Emma's best interest. However, everyone that met her declined her for the same reasons I can't keep her. I had a few people (including my vet) say that she looks like there's another dog mixed into her lineage somewhere since her coat is extremely thin and wirey and her body and nose are much longer than standard. There's no way you can really know that with a CKC registration, so I take that as speculation.

| This is what I want and what I really believe should happen. However, I also think to keep things HONEST, she should place my refund in escrow and released upon receipt of Emma. This way she knows she gets her dog back and I get my money back.

| I think that you are being very reasonable. I would be LIVID. You are remaining calm and dealing with this much better than I would! I think that you should be refunded every dime you've spent.

the title on this thread said.. "does this look like the same dog to you?". The OP was asking for opioions from others. Giving us all the right to post, this after all is a public forum. Your right, you do have the right just like I do.. however you dont have the right to be on here to bash others. I found it very odd, that you popped on and started in, " with she is the best person around, reputable breeder blah blah blah statements" that we have seen on YT so many other times.

| ..ok...gotta chime in #1 if this dog is not spayed ~ she MUST be ASAP ~ so she doesn't wind up in the wrong hands and it may help her with the aggression. #2 this BLOWS my mind that a breeder would not GLADLY take a dog back if it is a wrong fit. And honestly, I don't give a crap 'who' is responsible for paying shipping. If my dog went to a home that wasn't working out, my god, the money would be refunded and I would get my dog back ASAP ~ and shame on me for not going above and beyond to make sure it was the right home/situation for this particular dog (who has aggression issues).... I am really in awe about all this back and forth.... Responsibility NEEDS to be taken ~ This isn't high school anymore |

Thanks, but don't bother posting anymore honey. It is really a complete waste of time. You can not fight others opinions. People love to give them, even though they don't have all the facts. Please call me at home so we can discuss it in person and I am glad Jessy is doing well. I'd love some new pics. ************** Other than that I came on here one more time (in this thread of course) just to get it off my email and click "no email notification". I have offered the refund as previously stated. All my emails are now personal as they were before I was so blatantly thrown under the bus by the OP. So on that note. Every other opinion is really speculation and pointless. The OP whose name is Erin should have kept it personal. Oh well. I have sold many puppies/dogs on Yt and this is just a tiny thorn. Never had one single negative thing said about any of them. Thanks for all the private pms that advised me not to bother writing any more in this thread. I do have more important threads to read now This is silliness I choose to step away from. The OP knows I have the emails and all the backing I need is up above me and around me.
