I would follow the suggestions previously posted. I don't like the fact that she doesn't give you limited registration. 950.00 is high for no papers. I don't care where you live. There has to be a reason why she is not providing papers. If she has them, and is not willing to transfer her to you with limited registration I would be concerned that she is going to scam someone else with your dogs papers. Which of course would mean that she is not an honest person. So who knows if your pup is even purebred or from the parents she is listing(showing you). And make sure you see and read the contract beforehand. Go over all your questions and concerns before you see/hold any of her pups. It is so hard to pass up their cute little faces.

I did try to reasearch alot , there was nothing bad written about her on any of the websites. I asked all the questions in the puppy forum, both parents were there etc... actually as far as price goes, Boston is usually more expensive for alot of things, that was really a reasonable price around here, I dont care about papers, this was a companion for myself while Im trying to recover from cancer treatments. I feel in love with her and so did my daughter. She was super cute and the parents were so friendly and cute too. She gave me alot of good advise, provides one month of food, billy jac I believe it is called, she told me how to switch it if that is not what I intended to use. She gives you a tube of nurta cal, 1 year health gaurentee, her house was clean. She gave me her vets name and number to call for references, so I think / hope I did the right thing

Congrats on your little girl. And after reading this post I see that you did a great job. I like to see breeders that have their vet as a reference. Good luck with her. I am sure you are already in love....

It's also a good idea to ask for names/numbers of several families who have puppies from the breeder.
