| I'm SO glad everyone is OK!! Wow, what an awful feeling. Maybe since you're afraid they'll come back, you could install an alarm. I know just how frightening this is, as we've been burgularized before. 3 teenage boys broke in and stole a loaded gun Little s**ts got caught several months later.

| That's awful/ I know the feeling that comes with knowing someone has been in your house. We had someone kick out basement window in last summer and got into our house that way. Hubby came home after all of it happened and our Yorkie and pomeranian were running around outside (free) when he pulled into the driveway. -We live on a road that has 50 MPh speed limit! Those A**holes left the back door open and our dog's could have been hit by a car! The thing that made me most mad was that they left the door open and the dogs were running free. (dog are unreplaceable) Anyway, I now have gotten beefed up security at my house and also have a concealed carry permit in the works. With the economy the way it is I now am ready to protect myself/kids if I need to. I am sorry you have to feel this way. You can be thankful the dogs are going to be fine. |

| I'm so sorry that you had to go through this dreadful experience. All that matters is that you are all safe. It makes me sick to think of being violated this way. It could happen to any one of us. Hugs to sweet little Puddin.

| Violet May I ask you a silly question in the midst of all this....please tell us what the people at the restaurant said about Puddin. That should cheer us all up.

| I am so glad you took her, too! What a sad thing that we can think of harm from others to our pets in our own home! But these type of people have no idea what it like to love them selves-so how could they find love in their haerts for any living thing? I am sorry you are having to go through this- but very glad you, your family are safe! That is a great blessing! And what is important!! I am sure Puddin was a big hit with everyone on your nite out for Valentines Day!!!

| I am so glad you had the puppy with you and your robbery was no worse than it was. This same thing happened to us 24 years ago and I still every once in a while wonder about my little schnauzer I had at the time. She was home, but had the run of the house so could have easily hid from them. When I came home the door between the house and garage was open and she met me in the garage. I have always wondered, too; what could have happened. I am so sorry this happened to you and I still have the fear when we leave my two yorkies here that someone will break in and steel them.

| I worry about the same thing every time I go out. We live in a very rural area and no one is around. It scares me to death to think of someone breaking in and harming them, or taking them. It's awful that we have to worry like this.

| Mika sounds like a pit bull so maybe that will scare them off here.

| I'm so glad you and your furbabies all came out of this safe and sound. How did your other two doggies manage to stay out of the burglars' way? Poor babies! So traumatized!
