Truman is currently available for adoption on the YHR website. As much as I would love to keep him forever I already have 3 little ones. If I want to continue to foster he will hopefully find the perfect forever home. But he can stay with me for as long as that takes.

Little guy looks so cold but that coat is beautiful! I have my fingers crossed for warmer weather for him.

I just had to share this picture of Truman!

He is really starting to feel great and boy did he eat today!!!!!

He had one huge bowl of food this morning and then this afternoon he ate not 1, not 2, but 3 bowls of food!

Then he had a little water and found the bowl of dry food that I had out for the other 3 and started eating that! When he was done munching on a little kibble he notice I was handing out an afternoon treat and he ate 3 of those THEN he finished off what was left of that last bowl of food! So while he was gobbling up all of this chow I took this picture of him

It warms my heart that Truman is doing so well. I really enjoy the updates.

Im so glad he is finally eating good. Now he will really feel better and start to gain some weight. He looks so cute with food on his little nose. Have you weighed him since he came to your house?

Truman decided to wake up this morning at 3:45 AM

stand in his doggie bed and BARK! Let me tell you that I think Mr. Truman is part BEAGLE because he is looouudddddd! So now the other three are up and everyone just went outside to potty.

Good boy to Truman for waking up but someone needs to explain to Doodlebug and Bogey that it is not appropriate to play in the yard at 3:45 AM

Then Truman decided that he is doing to excersice him lungs and let out a few barks too.

Oh the neighbors will be talking about the crazy yorkie lady! So now at 5 AM I am fully awake and drinking coffee and everyone is back to sleep!

The last time Truman was at the vet (for the butt squeezing on Monday) he weigh 10.9 lbs which is a little more than 1 lb less then he weighed the last time he was there!

The vet was not concerned and said either the scale was off or it was all of the hair he lost after I clipped him. Personally, I think it was the vet tech who weighed him. Can we say not the sharpest tool in the shed

She is the one that Pebbles tried to bite the last time I had her in the office and she now when I go she always peeks in at me to see who I have with for my office visit. I always make sure to tell her that Pebbles is in the car and wants to come in and say HI!

Truman is going to the groomers this morning at 9 AM! I will post his new Glamor Shots when we get home! I'm so excited!

Sounds like you had an early morning with dogs playing in the yard at 3:45.

Sounds like this burst of warm air got them wound up even in the dark! Mine too think it's fun to be out playing in the dark. Truman's appetite is a sign of just how good he really feels. He will blow those scales away at the next vet visit
