| Oh that is so sad and scary. My son has two male boston terriers and one is quite dominant. They scrap a lot. The crabby one came to them from an older couple and that must have spoiled it so. I'm afraid to tell them about this but I feel I must before something bad happens at their home. They are not necessarily good natured dogs then. It must have been like a bad nightmare to come home to that - I would be haunted by it. I'm so sorry. |

| The two female bostons had blood all over their faces and inside their mouths. The make boston only had it on his paws. The other dogs were either clean from hiding or on their paws from walking in the blood that was all over the floor.

| Were they spayed and neutered if not that could explain some of the agression?

| I read that bostons weare originally bred for fighting, but it was suppossed to be bred out of them by now. I blame the breeder that she got the two females from for breeding in agression. I sent her flowers today to make her feel better.

| This is so heartbreaking and sad. I don't know why people do not heed what is said on all of these forums. Terriers are terriers, Boston, Yorkie, Manchester, Fox, whatever, and they have the terrier mentality. Please, Please, people never, never leave a pack of dogs home unattended. Crate them, pen them, put them into seperate rooms, what ever you have to do to insure their well being. Just because they are well behaved while you, their pack leader, is there, does not mean they will not fight when you are gone. I have yorkies, and I don't know how many times I have had people say they were only gone a little while, but by the time they returned home, one was killed by the other. I have 10 dogs, and when I leave they are seperated into different areas or pens, or even some are in crates. The only pairs that are together, are a fixed male and a fixed female. I have seen one turn on another too many times to take any chances, and intact females are the worse ones for attacking others. |

I dont know why she left them together after the first killing. It's not the dog's fault's at all there just being dog's. In the end it's the Owners responsiblity to make sure each pet is safe before leaving home. It's sad that this had to happen. | |

| they were not spayed. she had hoped to breed them someday. i told her that if she cuts down and just has our Ki-Ki that i would buy her another really nice yorkie puppy later. she's my dearest friend and i would do anything for her. she is in tn and i'm in illinois. we are moving to her area as soon as our house sells. we met through our orkies years ago and became like sisters.

| If you do get one, just make sure they are the same size and tempermant. A yorkie the same size would be ok. If you have a male though, I would get a female. We have two tiny females and they get along really nice. Our Me-Me is the boss though.
