How many ppl are registered? I hope all the rooms arent filled up, i wont be able to pay until a couple of weeks.

question about the hotel room...since i noticed that they are booking fast...if i was to reserve a room now hoping that the airfare goes down..but in case it doesn't and i need to cancel...would i be penalized or can i cancel without any problems. Thanks

We have 15 registered for the meetup not counting the meetup team and their guests. However there are more rooms booked than registrations paid. If you are definitely planning on attending, I would probably go ahead and reserve my hotel room.

Oh no! I'm sorry I missed your question.

Here is the hotel's cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be made by 6PM one day PRIOR to the guest’s scheduled arrival date, otherwise a cancellation
charge of one night plus applicable taxes will be imposed.
Check In Time: 3:00 PM
Check Out Time: 12:00 PM
