I thought about even getting someone to embroider it with their name and my user name so people know who they are

Since I don't live that far away I'm hoping I can come up during the day and meet everyone and their furbabies , but dh and I have been talking about moving , so I may not be close by then

I really hope I am , It would be fun to put faces to the names

Hey just a quick question its probably a no but anyhoo..... Can we if its not already planned have a beauty pagent or fashion show with our babies..... i think it would be fun.... Ms. Bailey Madison says she wants to be in if there is one!

Just thought i would put it out there ive never been to a meet up so not sure what all happens at one.

That sounds like a great idea Starla! If we do have one, Sapphire would love to be in it too!

What is going to happen at the meetup? I've never been to one before and don't know what to look forward to..

For those staying for Sunday's fun - when are you planning to leave Sunday night or Monday or later?

I found a half-way decent flight price - but I'm torn between leaving Sunday late - which of course still means being at the airport by like 5:30pm.-6pm

Is anyone staying later on Sunday or Monday - but you're roomie isn't?? I believe my roommate is leaving Sunday & really hate to pay a ton more for just a place to sleep on Sunday night.

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK

We're leaving Sunday afternoon and driving back to Mississippi. I already went ahead and scheduled to be off work on Monday because there is no way I can drive 15 hours on Sunday night and then be at work on Monday. I can tell you that I get a registration log and I haven't seen a whole lot of people with Sunday night reservations.

BTW, I'm SO glad you found a roomie. We can't wait to meet you!

you know i was thinking about that...

are there things planned for Sunday? If so should I reserve the room for another night? Is there a discount rate for Sunday night?

Airfare actually dropped from 400 to 250 for me...but July is still far away...and no telling what is going to happen between now and then...and with Yoshi still missing I dunno if I could even do this meetup..but I am still searching and comparing prices in case I am able too.

As far as I understood it, Sunday was a day where everyone says good bye and if people want to stay and sightsee they can, if they want to leave, they can do that too. I will tell you, the sights in D.C. are really cool (that is, if you don't live here already lol). I've lived near D.C. for 12 years and I still haven't seen all of it.

Wow - are you flying out of Wichita for 250? Out of Des Moines it is still about $330 - that's down from $450 and up. Which a lot of the flights still are. I didn't check KC this time around.

I was in DC 2 summers ago, and 3 yrs ago this mth. -- both times a lot of sightseeing - but there is so much to do & see in DC I would welcome another day especially if it's not raining with the dogs in tow. I would like to stay if others are staying and enjoying the sites. I could live in Alexandria in a heartbeat if it didn't cost so much to live there
