For me, I felt like I died and cried for about 4 solid weeks. I couldn't talk about him with out breaking down. It is now going on five months and I still think about him every day.

What I'm trying to say is that Cooper was somebody you loved dearly, so don't feel you have to "pull yourself together" just because he was a dog. Just feel it, for however long it takes......eventually you'll cry less and hopefully you're memories of him will bring you smiles....til then, hang in there hun and I will be wishing for you some peace of mind soon.....

My heart is breaking for you right now. I am so sorry for your loss and it hurts to know that you will be going through this pain in the future. Nothing I can say will make your pain lessen, but just know that you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days and weeks as will all your friends here on YT. We are here for you if you need to talk. Just take as much time as you need to let your heart heal and know we are here for you.

Please accept my sincere sympathy...treasure your memories of Cooper. He will live on in your heart for eternity. Think of him, speak of him and yes, even talk to him...he knows how much you love him...and he wants nothing more than for you to be happy, as he loves you too. Just remember...never forget, as days turn into weeks, weeks into months and months into years...remember to remember him...always. Rest in peaceful sleep, sweet little Cooper...Rest In Peace.
