I'm so sorry about your precious Cooper.......I wish I could take this horrible day away for you.....Sadly, we share the same pain, the terrible loss of a precious loved one, so I feel your pain in my heart....Death leaves a pain that no one an heal, and the tears you'll shed will be many. For me, I felt like I died and cried for about 4 solid weeks. I couldn't talk about him with out breaking down. It is now going on five months and I still think about him every day.
What I'm trying to say is that Cooper was somebody you loved dearly, so don't feel you have to "pull yourself together" just because he was a dog. Just feel it, for however long it takes......eventually you'll cry less and hopefully you're memories of him will bring you smiles....til then, hang in there hun and I will be wishing for you some peace of mind soon.....
