I rather not see them as objects but as the living breathing fun loving beings they are. I am ok with cloths and bows it the stuffed in a cup thing that gets me. I am not into the looks so much as what does that whole package of action give me? Is it healthy body, mind and soul. If I wanted something stuffed in a cup I buy a coffee. JMO JL |

| It bugs me a little because I think its a marketing ploy on their part, however I have done the same with one of my yorkies and my boston. To remember how tiny they were when we first got them I have a pic of my yorkie next to a soda can and a pic of my boston next to a sharpie marker

| I agree that they should post pictures of just the puppies with out all the clothes and accessories on their website too. But I really like the fruffy pictures The're cute to have in your puppy book so you can remember them when they were that small. I took these of our puppies, and if i could have made the bows stick to their heads, they would have had bows too they're just cute pictures to have of them...

I will say that after I had put down my dep. on Abby, the breeder sent me pictures pretty regularly. She dolled her up and put flowers, boas, etc. around here all the time. I did ask her one day to just take a pic of the puppy without all the fru fru, so I could see her. I don't mind all the stuff, I just wanted to see my baby and how she was growing. The soda can thing, is just a universal item that everyone knows, so I think it's used as a measuring tool. I agree that some breeders really push the tinies though.

If you are selling dog clothes then by all means put them on a dog, but any website that shows their puppies dressed up imediately turns me off. I don't have to look any farther to find out that they are not reputable, the props say it all. Now it does not bother me to see adult dogs dressed up, I think it's cute. | |

| That doesn't bother me, you did that for yourself, you're not trying to sell her. It's just the breeder websites that do that just SCREAM bad breeder, i don't even have to look any farther. |
