Yes I know I have a guard/lap yorkie too. When we are alone he will bark his face off if there is a fly on the wall..lol But in all honesty, I couldn't imagine breeding a yorkie with a doberman that just isn't right:eek:

ok... i like yorkipoos.. so that is breeding a yorkie with a poodle..
a morkipoo is a yorkipoo with a maltese.. 3 breeds.. just my own life..
i have chosen to do this on purpose.. yes .. for yorkipoos...:)

Okay I have to be dumb as heck here.....so give me a second. You mean to tell me you breed for a yorkiepoo then turn around and breed that yorkipoo to a maltese and call it a morkipoo. Please !! I don't mean to say this...but come on there are so many animals in the shelter as we speak. That is not even a designer dog. They have 3 different breeds, and you can get them free in the paper all day long.

the white must be from the maltese and the black genes from the yorkie.
they all had yorkie faces except for one .. one little black morkipoo had a flatter face.. i think his face was smooshed during growth in the womb. like the flat face on the s**tzu..
i prefer the cuter fuller face and nose..
i would not even consider breeding a s**tzu with anything.. jmo

i got my first yorkipoo from a breeder.. and the maltese mix was not requested ...but studded by my breeder.. but in the end i was happy for it..
so if you want to call sadie a designer you can.. but i never did..:)

Here are the health issues in all three dogs. When you put them together you have mixture of health issues. These poor animals could end up with all, half or none. But why even take the risk. Its like mixing a batch of cookies and wondering if they will be horrible, good or "GREAT".

I have no problem with people crossing breeds responsibly.
I do have a problem with calling them "designer" and making them out to be something they're not so you can charge more for them.

I don't agree that you shouldn't breed crossbreeds b/c of the amount of shelter dogs b/c then you really shouldn't be breeding any dogs and i don't think thats true b/c I looove my yorkie!! lol.

I am stating "mix breed" animals are free all day long in the paper. Free to a good home , this breed/ some of that breed/ and maybe this breed also.

The point is that some breeders are playing a game of Russian Roulette, but not with a gun but with animals for a $.

Whatever I'm NOT messing with your MORKIPOO, last week you said I was "messing" with Gus Gus. Everytime I say something you think I am picking on your dog. YOUR dog is not to blame for what WE humans do to them.
