| I totally agree I couldn't agree with you more, I have a little girl her that I call Snug-A-Lumpkin. She is going to be a bigger girl I'm guessing around 7 or 8 pounds and she has dropped ears and it doesn't in anyway change her personality or looks to me. She is the last one out of Paris and Johnny's litter to find the perfect home because people seem to steriotype what a Yorkie puppy's ears should be. Everyone who has looked at her locally has laughed at her ears and I've gotten up set and told them that she will just stay here with me until I find a home that will love her for what she is... My Lumpkin She is the happest baby you will find, and spoiled beyond belief by my husband who calls her Teddy because her hair is so full thats what she looks like. The way I see it is they are just like people, some walk with a natural limp or have big nose's and some don't. Either way it doesn't make them less of a person for it. This is Lumkin two weeks ago. However, this thread is not in any way like that situation. The original poster was just asking a question about 'her' pups ears and asking for information. I cannot, for the life of me, understand how or why that should have upset anyone. I feel badly for her for the negative posts because she didn't say anything that should have gotten a bad reaction. | |

| Nico has one up and one down and I'm hoping the down one does not go up. Last edited by doglover10465; 07-29-2008 at 05:12 AM. |

| I never thought anything of this until yesterday...The lady that I am getting my new little girl from called me yesterday in tears letting me know my babies ears were not up yet and she offered to give me my deposit back because of her ears. I laughed so hard, why would it matter if her ears are up or not. She is beautiful just the way she is....that is why I picked her. She informed me that all the people calling where only wanting dogs with their ears up. Me, I could care less about her ears, my first concern would be her health, not her ears. |
