| Huck's Ears Are Tipping Backwards...??? Huckleberry's ears started doing this a couple of months ago and I have no idea why or how to correct it. I have tried taping, but they still fold/roll backwards at the tip. I have also tried shaving them but they still end up doing the same thing. He is 24 weeks old so is this just how his ears are going to stay?? Tammy Last edited by TammyJM; 07-21-2008 at 03:03 PM. |

| My BF's Chihuahua did the same thing. Only one ear bent back at the tip, the other stood correctly. It stayed like that for a few weeks and now both his ears are standing correctly. Someone told me it was just because that part of the ear was weaker, but would probably correct it self and it did. But I'm not sure if yorkies are the same, he has really big ears but I would guess the principle would be the same.

| I'll have to check our computer for pictures of the little guy. (They should have time stamps because at the moment I don't remember) He is 8 months old now, but I think it was like 3 months ago when they finally stood correctly but I'll have to check. We pretty much thought that his ear were going to stay like that and then it went away one day. But I'll ask for BF for the exact age.
