Huckleberry's ears started doing this a couple of months ago and I have no idea why or how to correct it. I have tried taping, but they still fold/roll backwards at the tip.

I have also tried shaving them but they still end up doing the same thing. He is 24 weeks old so is this just how his ears are going to stay??
