My BF's Chihuahua did the same thing. Only one ear bent back at the tip, the other stood correctly. It stayed like that for a few weeks and now both his ears are standing correctly. Someone told me it was just because that part of the ear was weaker, but would probably correct it self and it did. But I'm not sure if yorkies are the same, he has really big ears but I would guess the principle would be the same.
