We won our classes yesterday and today 4 in our class each day-12-18 month olds. But no points- the winners in open dogs won both days. Both were nice dogs and much older then my guy. I am still very happy cause he is winning his class and we will be moving up to open soon and these guys will be going right along with us. If all goes well we will keep placing ahead of them when we are all in open and we are the big guys.

Next shows are in about two weeks and he is entered in 4 that week. So I am off on Monday to bring him home.

That boy is gorgeous. He has a refined head and a look that says to the judge "PICK ME!! OOH, OOH, PICK ME!" Congratulations..

Also thank you crystalsmom I think she is gorgeous but since she is my fiist show girl I have so many questions. lol. I will post a picture of her daddy which my breeder says she will look a whole bunch like but with darker colors. Her coat is so easy to maintain but the wrapping is what I can't get down so I like wnalegrias methods of maintaing the coat without wrapping. Oh and Whisper is 8 months old. Her ears are absolutly awesome thats what I love about her. I just hope I can get her out in the ring soon or find a good pro handler that doesn't break my bank lol.

Myra, what is Wisper's father's name?? What a beauty !! The quality of that gold
is to die for and a steel blue coat to boot!! If you don't want to wrap and the coat
isn't growing as fast as you like maybe you could spray a little conditioner on the
ends every morning. If you dilute it and let it dry , I don't think it would hurt the
furniture - for that matter there is conditioner that you can leave it. For this to
be your first one , all I can say is you are very fortunate. I think I read you are
in Texas - did you get her there or did you hunt a year like me. Good Luck gal
you have a fun time ahead of you. Read everything you can get your hands on
about showing and ask alot of questions. We'll all be here to help. I just looked
at him again and he looks so much like Crystals sire. I'll send you a site with his
picture on it soon.

Was checking the record at the AKC- to make sure that no mistake had been made with Buster. I made the mistake. Our show two weekends ago was not a three point major it was a 4 point major. I had counted wrong on the missing dogs. I am such a rattlehead. We have shows week after nrext in that there are majors all four days. That Saturday and Sunday we have 5 point majors ( 16 and 17 dogs entered) on those two days and 4point majors on Thursday and Friday) There are majors in the gals all four days also.

I am off to pick Buster up from Peggy's talk to you all later this afternoon.
