| Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I'm so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to believe our sweet little yorkies could be like that but they are just doing what is instintive to them. Rehoming her to a family without any other dogs or small children seems the best suggestion.

| What a terrible situation to be in but for the safety of your other dogs I would rehome her to a home without other pets or children. If she's not sick in anyway that is. I hope you get the strengh to do what you know should be done. Prayer's coming your way to keep you strong. Those poor pups who lost thier lives. How sad. Hugs, |

| I know this has to be absolutely heartbreaking. Kayla can be pretty aggressive and its only to her best interest that Tina and Mandy just tolerate her. When Max was alive he loved Mandy, hated Tina. He got her a couple of times and she had to be sewed up. The vet said (even after he was fixed) not to leave them alone unsupervised. It got alot better after we had him fixed but we still had to be real careful. What really helped, Tina got where she would submit to him and not push it. Guess she got tired going to the vet for stitches. lol!! I know its terrible what you have been through. Scares me to death when they fight and the breeder said females can be as bad if not worse than males. Hope things work out for you. I know it would be terrible to have to have her put down and lose yet another one. |

| Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I'm so sorry. Perhaps you should have her spayed and put into a single-pet home with NO children. Make sure that the owners are very aware of her agression. I know that this is hard to hear (and may seem mean) but if a dog has killed 2 dogs...I think that she should be put to sleep. Its just safer. A dog that attacks like that just is not happy. I'm so sorry. Big hugs.

| I'm so sorry this has happened. If I were you, i would rehome her to a family that doesn't have any other dogs or small children. She would probably do best there.

| I am so very sorry for your losses. I am like the others in that you must keep her separate. My friend has several dogs and she got a new dog Tori and she hates her older dog Pepper. She keeps them separate all the time. She takes turns with one sleeping with her one night and the other sleeping with her the next night. Tori shows no aggression towards any of the other dogs. I just don't see how you can ever keep them together again. It seems that you will either have to re-home her or the others. She obviously needs to be the only pet. I sure hope things work out for you. You will be in my prayers. |

| I'm a hobby breeder and this happened to me last winter and I can't tell you how very heartsick I still am over it. I learned the hard way what a real danger this is with intact dogs. It's at least partly due to hormonal changes. One of my smaller girls I knew could be a little pushy with the others and one day she attacked a girl twice her size who I'm sure killed her in self defense. I am now extra careful about keeping them in pairs, arranged by where they are in their estrus cycles. The large girl that killed the small one has a large pen to herself when unsupervised. I'm very very sorry for you. |

| I am ever so sorry for you. I have had girls who hated each other...but once separated they were fine with all the others, they remained separated from the "hated one" the rest of their life....but if I had a female who acts as yours has, I would find a single dog home and warn the new owners she must never be around other dogs...if she shows the slightest aggressivness to children, then I would have her put down...some chances can not be taken. |

| sorry but i would not in any put this dog to sleep. I think its soo easy these days to just put a dog to sleep whenever its not going our way. I know thats not what yall are saying. I think that you need to work with her, find a behavior therapist. I would think after the first kill you wouldnt have got another puppy around her or bred her again if that was the case. Im not saying its your fault but i do think you need to choose between her or your other dogs. Find her someone that has no other dogs and has time to work with her. sorry for your loss! I hope i didnt sound to harsh!

| I knew another breeder that had a male that killed several older puppies and they had some adult females get killed too. They finally wised up and rehomed the male. It is sad. Over the years I have had some females that would get into horrible fights and I would just have to keep them separate from the others. Once the bad fighting starts it usually just gets worse. I am sorry for your loss. |
