| What an awesome thing for you, your family and the YT member to do for Jack. I agree with holding off for now. I pray that somehow things work out and he is able to have his little yorkie girl sitting on his lap before his time is up. God Bless. I think it was best to hold off on his Yorkie. If it's meant for him to get one then God will surely see to it that he gets one. I was wondering how they were going to feed a yorkie when they couldnt barely feed themselves. Totally agree with not helping with the yorkie. I understand that he is terminal and that is sad, but would worry about the dog, esp. since their male isnt neutered, probably cant afford to have him neutered and would worry what would happen to the yorkie after he passes. I really did like when somebody suggested a visit from a yorkie, that was a great idea! I am very touched by your compassion and concern for this person, you have probably done more for him than you even know! I also thought about all U've said and this is other reasons I thought that we might want to hold off on the Yorkie for him. I would take my Sofie but I don't know how their dog would react and I don't want Sofie scared to death or to get ate up by their dog. I don't know what to do on that part yet. I don't understand it all with Jack but sometimes things aren't to be understood. Thanks for U're caring thoughts. does anyone in the area have a therapy dog that they could bring for visits? I don't know of any here in our City. OMG... your story brought tears to my eyes... You are such a wonderful person... I pray Jack will get better, and for the Lord to give him and his wife strenght to go thru this hell... Thank U so much for U're caring thoughts, I too hope that Jack can fight this battle that he is up against. Oh, you are right, wasn't thinking about that. You could make sure that dog is put away into another room, but now that I think about it, if it was my dog, I wouldn't take any chances. I think I'll just wait on taking any of our Yorkies over to his house, by what my Mother said that dog would eat anyone up. If more people were like you what a wonderful place this world would be! Your Mom raised you to be giver just like her! Thank U so very much. I do wish there we're more kinder people in this world. Mom is a giver that's for sure and I'm not trying to raise my daughters to be the same. Lee, your words that so obviously come from your loving heart, made me cry. There are simply not enough people like you in the world. So in saying that, I will pray not only for Jack, but for more Angels just like yourself. Jack just touched my heart and I just had to help in some way. Jack to I feel is a very giving person and very appreciative man, who would help others as we've helped him. I went to Walmart this week and I noticed how many people are so rude just walking down the isles, I mean I always say excuse me when I pass someone in the isle, U wouldn't believe the people (Young, middle age & old) who leave their carts in the middle of the isle, walk off, leave them and U have to wait for them to come back and move them so U can even walk down the isle, I always try to put mine to the side so others can pass by. Then when I say excuse me as I pass them they just look at me like I'm nuts. I don't understand people now days. We do need more kind people in this world. Thank U for U're prayers for Jack and me also. Well that is the best story I have heard in awhile . I have a family memebr and friends also with cancer and you are so sweet to help Jack. Its now always about what we given its how we give , with a helping heart . I think you are going make such a difference in his life ... people need positive feed back . God bless you . I have had many family members pass away from Cancer and it is a heartbreaking thing to have to go through. People suffer so much from it. My heart truly goes out to all of those who have any form of Cancer. I hate to see others suffer from Cancer. Thanks for all U're caring thoughts. I't to bad he couldn't foster a rescue. So If it didn't work out he could return it back. That's a good idea! I don't know if there is any here in our City. |
