Thank you for sharing such a touching story. You are a very good person for having such kindness for a stranger. I wish there was a way to make his wish for a Yorkie come true. Being ill I would think an older pup would be better suited for them. Any rescues near you? I assume that his wife would continue to take care of the puppy if something were to happen to him of course.

I honestly believe that people enter your life for a specific purpose. Your name was given to Jack 'cause Jack and Sam had a need. You may very well be the angel putting food on his otherwise empty table.

Please post updates on Jack....

WOW... just by reading that I really do feel like God brought you together. Maybe your lives were meant to intersect so you were brought together in this weird way. Truly interesting, you sound like a very caring person.

That's a heartwarming story of how you and your parents are helping him out. It's amazing how God works, he went to you wanting a yorkie for a companion, and now he is getting something else instead. Yorkie or veggies, it's really good how you guys are helping him out. The world needs more people like you and your parents!

Bless you and yours. I just lost both my parents to cancer in the last three months, and this reminds me I promised myself I would volunteer with hospice. I believe our babies can be volunteers also. I read a flier at my vet about an organization that provides training for our pets to become volunteers. They would visit the patients in the hospital. Jack may love to have his own yorkie, but maybe a visit from a yorkie now and again would help.

God is so Awesome!! He sent that man to you for a reason....you are an angel! Wished I lived closer...I would give him one of my puppies. Prayers are coming ya'll way from Louisiana...cajun style.

You just never know what God has waiting for us....its so awsome that you didnt miss the opportunity to have Jack touch your heart and in turn he touched ours. you are what PAY IT FORWARD it all about. One hand reaches out and is met by another. Beautiful.

I wish Jack could find an older Yorkie that would sit on his lap, that he could adopt.
