| ![]() Yep Mandee, that's the "rule" over here too, according to show breeders and yorkie groomers . Never brush a dry coat and never comb a wet coat. I use Miracle Grooming Spray before I brush and then finish off with the comb. Sheilagh

| ![]() So, the question I have after reading all that....can i COMB a dry coat?? Cause that is what I usually do. I notice he does have some split ends, but its not too bad!

| ![]() Actually, it is better to comb your furbabies hair. If you comb every day, you will keep the tangles out. I have never heard that you should not brush the hair while it is dry, but if you get your pooch groomed every six weeks or so, any breakage will be clipped off. ![]()
