| i do believe people are more important than dogs.. you people are a little nasty with the name calling.. i will get off your yorkie talk page now.. at least i have a life apart from my dogs.. they are not my whole life.. as i assume many of find yourselves.. yorkie yorkie yorkie.. all that mumbo jumbo about staying true to breed.. no details about how to do it either.. just a lot of pride... puppies are for loving... simple... sorry to bother you purebreeds.. blueblood trolls... half of us are halfbreeds here and we like it... morkie poos will survive... |

| i must be dumb, i don't understand breeding the mixed breeds. if you breed 2 mixed breeds aren't you getting pups with 4 different breed bloodlines??? why that would be good, it doesn't guarantee you will get the qualities you want from each breed. sounds like trying to reinvent the wheel. | Designer Dogs, to me is a term just as bad as teacup. Their not "designed" at all, just 2 dogs that have mated (just how you get any other puppy) so I really don't understand where the term even comes in! From what I have seen, just as in teacups, "breeders" will call them "designer dogs" just to charge a lot for them and make a pretty good penny to keep for themselves. Also, if someone is looking for a pet quality mixed breed, they should definitely check out the shelter first! There are so many babies that are on deathrow that could be adopted out to families, but when people purposely mix breeds, that puts all of those dogs in the shelter one step closer to being euthanized. Mixed breeds also can't be registered, so you should maybe double check your sources.

| lucyyoyopoos- their should be a warning for new members- mentioning hybrid/designer breeds will be attacked at once! Sorry you didn't know! YT members have been told time and time again if you don't like it - move to another post!! This is sad to get up on Easter Morning and see this!IMO!
