My Yorkie now has bad breath-help

Luckily for YT I read about this so I was able to ask about it when I had my little boy neutered a few weeks ago. You would think the vet would tell you. He had 5 teeth extracted at the same time so he would not need to be anesthetized twice. It cost me $20 per extraction (Los Angeles) but some people had it done for less here.

Gee, my vet told us about it way before the surgery. It was $10.00 a tooth in Phoenix area. They gave me a little vial with his baby teeth in it. Maybe your vet isn't well-informed in Yorkies because I think this is fairly common in them. Not saying anything bad about your vet, it's hard to be an expert in every breed.
