| Pictures of my New Baby Cooper...and Questions. We don't get him for two more weeks, but isn't he a little cutie!! Can't wait to bring home Mini Cooper. I have been looking for crates, expens, shampoo, clipper...all the stuff we will need. I have looked so many places that now I'm don't know what to get. If you were getting new puppy stuff what would be your favorites? (ie: shampoo, nail clippers, toys etc.) |

| I love the x pen because you can leave food down when you go out and they can potty if they need to. The create is good to, but my dogs don't eat when they are in there. They love to sleep in there though. I have a create in the x pen and I leave the door open. I go to thrift shops and get baby blankets to put in the xpen, create, dog beds, any where they need them. I also get toys for my dogs at thrift shops... I make sure there is nothing that can come off...Like beaded eyes, or strings... Any thing has to have the eyes sewn on or my dogs will eat them. I have an x pen our side for the potty area. This helps potty train chewy very quickly and he still uses it. I got one x pen (Play yard) from a second hand shop that had kids stuff in it. I paid less then half for my second x pen so it is worth it to go look in there if you have the time. I also put a water bottle in our create upstairs (One is in my bed room for at night.) It hangs on the create and they can't spill their water. (Like a rabbit bottle) I use a flea comb for the face to get the food and eye gunk out. I use a metal comb for the rest of the body. I use a soft baby tooth brush to use on their teeth... I can't think of any more, ask lots of questions, I'm sure there are tons of tricks and tips people have one here...

| this is where we bought our last xpen...I searched and searched, and this was the best price of any I could find, and even the s&h was pretty reasonable http://www.petproductdepot.net/Gold-...FRFqIgodiUYJqg I would also get the puppy a kong to chew on, and I love the laytex balls, etc, as they're so much softer and easier for them to chew on |

| He is sooo precious! Such a cutie! Love his name too. I just got my little Elvis six days ago and the bestest thing we have done with him when we all go to bed is to place him into a small, all soft and mesh crate that zips on top, and place it between our pillows (we have a king size bed) and not a peep out of him ALL night long and he holds his pee too. Good luck, I know you are so excited to get him.

| Congratulations on such a precious little baby boy. He is just darling. I have to say the best way to keep your baby out of harms way and much easier to take care of and train is hook up the expen to a wire crate. (not on a carpet.) Put wee-wee pad down close to the door. Hook up water dish to the fence or a little water bottle that hampsters and such use. I left the crate door open, put a blanket over the crate to make like a little den. Take your baby outside every hour to run, play, train and potty. I used this method on all three of my girls and now they are pad and outside trained. There will be time where your not home to take him out when he has to go, and that's where the pad comes in very handy. Also when you travel and are in motels, or for very rainy days. This is where I bought my expens and wire crate. www.petedge.com/pens Be sure to post lots of pictures of your baby when you bring him home. |

| Congratulations on your new baby. I've always used one of the small baby playpens for Scooter. There's plenty of room in it for him. I have one at work and one at home. Can't wait until you actually get to bring your baby home!! |
