When mine are about 5 weeks I alway put a couple of small stuffed toys for them to gnaw on or an old sock tied in a knot.. Make sure the stuffed toys are not painted because some toys they paint a face on them and the paint could have lead in it. For chewing I like to give mine cow ears that I have cut into small strips using some tin snips. My dogs and puppies love them and they last a long time.

Hi, When Maggies Pups were teething my hubby bought some baby toys specifically for teething and a puppy teething toy from Target. Both are made of durable material and can be put in the freezer. They are now almost 7 months and the toys are still around.
