|  He is very cute. I'll be honest, I can never tell the difference between the two breeds either. I will say, kudos to you for not returning him (as I'm sure some people would do!) or anything extreme like that.

| Hi, welcome and congratulations on your new family member. He is just adorable. I love the little dark ones. The silky's have a longer body, short legs, longer face and ears and never have cotton coats. Their coat is of the silk type. I fostered a Silky boy one time and he got a great home with a guy who was an actor. Well as for names................. I personally think the name "Max" has been WAY overdone. I kind of like different or unusual names. To me your boy looks like a "Kirby" |
