| He reminds me of our little Peanut that we lost in January. Peanut had long legs too. I always wondered if Peanut had chihuahua in him. We had no way to know since Peanut was a rescue. Either way, he is adorable! But nobody likes to be lied to. Hopefully you weren't.

| i agree with most of the others - looks like a yorkie to me! i can understand being disappointed about possibly not getting what you expected (and paid for!) but he is adorable either way and it sounds like you love him regardless...he is very lucky to have found you!

| He definitely looks like a Yorkie/chihuahua mix to me. Also, the fact that the breeder didn't show/give you his AKC papers because they 'didn't want him to be bred' is a red flag to me. If they did lie to you, that is a shame, and I can understand your frustration. However, that being said, he is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE and obviously deserves to be loved no matter what. What a cute and expressive little face he has! |

YT 500 Club Member | I saw a Silky the other day, and it looked something like that. His legs seem longer, but I am no expert. He looks like a real sweety. The ears are definitely Yorkie. Sometimes Yorkies need to "grow into" their ears!

| He looks ALL Yorkie to me. His face is a little long, but some yorkies get long and lean and some are more rounded and squat. I have brothers from the same liter and EVERYONE knows one of them is yorkie fullbreed, the other one people question all the time. Obviously if they are the same liter they are both full breed yorkies, but the differences are amazing! One is LONG and LEAN and about 8.5lbs, silky silver coat, up ears... the other is rounded and shorter, darker in color, cotton coat (no silver at all) not sure if his ears are up or not (never been tipped to see) and hes only about 5lbs! Your baby is adorable! And Im not a pro at this, but to me he looks all yorkie, those colors are pretty distinguishable! He has a bunch of time left to grow into himself!

| Your little fur ball is a cutie and does look all Yorkie, however, there are so many size and variations you may never know for sure. As far as the ears, check out Buddy's. They stand straight up which is how they are suppose to be. Congratulations and good luck with him. Welcome to YT. Enjoy that precious bundle. |

| Hmmm, he looks all yorkie to me. I've got 4 babies and they all look different. My JPop is 7 lbs, my daughter has his littermate and she tips the scales at 13 lbs.! JPop's ears are straight up, Kitti's are floppy. I say he's the real thing!

| I can't tell if he's full Yorkie or not, but he certainly is a cutie-pie. What I don't understand is, "Why withhold the papers?" Wouldn't showing you the papers and then giving you papers after he is neutered a better idea? I think withholding the papers entirely seems a little shady.

| The first picture, I thought yes, pure yorkie..but, then I looked at the other ones, and had to question that..the thing is, dna testing is out in some places and should be out at all the vets(hopefully this year)..if anyone isn't quite sure, they can have the dna testing done..it won't show if they're purebred, but, will show if there are mixes in them..I'm planning on having my biewer tested.. |
