| Several of our furkids sleep with us and one with my son! We crated them until they were trained and got big enough so we wouldn't roll them up in the covers but now the Queen Miss Sophie sleeps in our bed all day long while we are at work, etc. She even has steps to get on the bed. As far as the bacteria thing........there are some people who are dirtier than dogs!! |

| My little yorkie, Chloe is now two years old. I have had her from the day she was about two months old. I do not know if she would ever go to sleep if she was not by me. If this is wrong then she and I have done it wrong but she is my baby and our love for one another is very strong. She weighs about three pounds and will never be much bigger. I have a greatgrandaughter who lives with us and she and Chloe love each other but when Chloe is ready for bed she is ready to come to my room. |

| Our Tink has always slept with me. When she was a wee little thing I put her in her soft case (In the bed to protect her) and covered it with a little baby blanket as my fan ALWAYS runs on high. Now she does not know she is a dog and she sleeps with her head on a pillow UNDER the covers. She is bathed regularly and she does not go out as she is piddle pad trained so no bugs on her. I can not imagine not having her to reach out to during the night. Spoiled.....yes she is!!!! Loved she sure is. |

| All 6 of mine sleep in bed with me or should I say they let me sleep with them. They all have there special place on the bed. Every once in a while Rudy will get in one fo the dog beds by my bed, he doesn't like to be bothered when he sleeps. They are bathed once a week

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Mine sleep with me And i never feel lonely cause of them for the days i sleep home. My bf even said cause he has Teddy right now that he never feels lonely, Teddy is his buddy. Sometimes he will go to our room when we are in the living room all by himself and we will catch him sleeping on our bed, the huge bed all to himself lol

| Puddin and Muffin each sleep in separate, rather large metal crates complete with fluffy pillows and blankies. Our bed is quite high off the floor, but little as they are, they can jump up on it whenever they feel like it. Apparently, the bed isn't soft enough for Puddin because she works at the pillows on it until she can sleep right on top of them (messing up the freshly made up bed - yikes!) Muffin prefers not to jump up on the bed when Puddin is there -she knows Puddin will give her "what for" if she does. But when the coast is clear, she'll jump up there for a minute or two. |

| Our babies sleep in the powder room together, we have a tall captain's bed and I would not want to have them fall out. Media also says co-sleeping with your human children is detrimental... we co-slept with our children anyway. I say do what your heart tells you to! |

Yorkie Talker | It's Lacie's Bed Our little Lacie Girl has been sleeping with us since about 4 months old. We kept her in a crate by the bed when tiny, but she soon learned she could jump on the bed, even though I couldn't believe she could jump that high. She seems to know when its about our bed time, and will come and sit and look at us, making a little whine, turn, and "pity pat" up the stairs and to bed. She lies at the end of the bed until I come in, then on her own good time, comes up and burroughs under the cover, making a big project of getting comfortable, and as close as she can get behind my legs. The only reason I can think of for not letting your pet into your bed, is if he has been rolling in the mud or something. I think most Yorkie owners keep their small dogs clean and beautiful. I know I do. I refer to myself as "Grandma" since we have both Grandkids and Great Grandkids. I am attaching a picture of Lacie last month of Lacie with her 3rd birthday cake. Grandma |

| Yogi and Bogus sleep with us every night and when Dori and Maggie are here, (they are my Granddogs) they are right in the middle too.. Since Yogi was 10 months old, every single night somewhere around 2:00 a.m., he slowly walks up to my face and puts his little wet nose on my mouth to see if I'm breathing and then I hug him and he walks back to the foot of the bed and goes back to sleep...Soon after that, Bogus will come and lift the covers with his head and nudge me to let him in and he curls up next to my stomach under the covers and sleeps there till daylight..I can't imagine this missing from my nights When the girls are there, it looks like a big dogpile and somewhere in the midst is me and hubby What a blessing to be loved by a Yorkie!

| I would have no problem with Pixie sleeping with me if only she were not so little...either she would fall off the bed or my big hubby would roll on her!

| I sometimes let me dogs sleep with me .The only problem I have is they are so small I am afraid my husband or I will squish them during the night. And I have one who loves to sleep on me .If i am laying on my side she will find the highest point and make her bed there useuallymy hip.So if I want a good nights rest I have to put them in theire beds.I know they would prefere to sleep i my bed but I need my rest. |
