While poms are cute, they do shed and are very yappy. We had a white one when I was a kid and my parents could not stand that dog! They found her a new home pretty darn fast.

No, no, no, pupcity is a horrible place to look. A lot of the ads are old and scammers or back yard breeders!

someone that breeds just to breed, to make money, or just because they want to experience puppies. Someone that breeds dogs that don't improve the breed. Someone that doesn't health screen their dogs prior to breeding or have them evaluated to make sure they are sound and won't be passing on any genetic defects to their offspring.

Just a little update
 
Sara never got back with me - I sent her an email and left her a voicemail as well. She probably decided to keep the dog, in which case I can't get too upset since she was so cute. I'd want to keep her too!

If that is true, and she is keeping the dog, this would be the second time this week that I was in talks with someone about a dog and they ended up keeping it. =(

I know, I know. Patience. Perhaps I should go download some Guns N Roses.

I think you are just in the wrong area, i live in IL and yorkies down here are like 400-900$ i think it just depends on what area you live in. I got both my lil guys for 600 each. maybe expand your search a little bit? just an idea :D

ps. im not saying you have to come all the way to IL haha

Wow! Those are pretty good prices. What if we just send you the money(someone we can trust), you go get our yorkies and foster them till we come get them....:D They go so quickly..if you don't live close enough, you could lose out sometimes...
