Fathers Day is another day for hallmark to make money..omg, he sounds like he's being a butt alright..it's just another dang day..

I just read this thread and I am so sad for you> I would offer him Mothers day to. I know how you feel I have an older son from another marriage and his Dad played those type of games also. I so hope and pray this gets worked out.

I just told My Husband Jesse about your situation and he said controlling jack a$$ men. Yep we do know it well been through it also with My Ex. I am so hoping this works out I am racking My brain trying to thing of a deal you could make with him that he would let your boys go.

I feel you on your situation. I hope you're able to get it all worked out. Just tell your ex what an a$$ he is and that until he pays you some form of child support he can't see the kids. If you don't pay for them, why should you get to spend time with them? I really hope you're able to get to take them to Disney with you. I used to go at least once evey year, and I loved it. It truely was my favorite place.

My advice is to get a good lawyer and take him to court. He seems more like a dead beat dad than anything else. Also, you can claim both of your children on your taxes. If you do, you'll both probably be audited --you have proof you pay for everything for them and your ex doesn't. That will also help your case if you try to take him to court again to get child supoport.

I only know abotu all this because my mom went thru it with my dad... he wasn't as bad as your ex (my dad at least paid child support) But they had a full out custody battle and went to court and everything before.

I hope everything works out for you and your kids!
