| his coat is odd Since I'm new to Yorkies, I don't know if my Scooter's coat is normal for his breed. It has a slight odor and feels kinda oily. He gets bathed but eventually he gets the odor and oily feel. He plays outside but the yard is grass and there's nothing that would make him sorta stinky. His tummy is really sticky and I think maybe it's pee? I don't know what to think. Any suggestions? |

| The sticky tummy and odor would be pee. As for the coat. There are all kinds of dfferent coats. Some are oily some are dry, ome are silky some are not. |

| I use Johnsons and Johnsons human baby shampoo when giving a pup a bath and even when they are older I do the head and face with J & J. Every other night before I go to bed I wash Crystals bottom along with the hair around it and the bottom of her feet since she uses pee pads. That would help cut down on the odor. Hope you can post pictures soon. Feel free to ask any questions here, we were all new to yorkies at one time too.
