Since I'm new to Yorkies, I don't know if my Scooter's coat is normal for his breed. It has a slight odor and feels kinda oily. He gets bathed but eventually he gets the odor and oily feel. He plays outside but the yard is grass and there's nothing that would make him sorta stinky. His tummy is really sticky and I think maybe it's pee? I don't know what to think. Any suggestions?
