I use Johnsons and Johnsons human baby shampoo when giving a pup a bath and even when they are older I do the head and face with J & J. Every other night before I go to bed I wash Crystals bottom along with the hair around it and the bottom of her feet since she uses pee pads. That would help cut down on the odor.
