Am I training her incorrectly?

I can't help much as Bella isn't trained to go outside, she does go when we are out but doesn't ask to go out. She goes on the wee wee pad 99% of the time.

I leave her in the kitchen when we are gone with a wee wee pad at the back door. While training the last 2 months (we have had her 2 months). We put a wee wee pad in every room so she could always have one. In our family room where we are mostly, she started with one at each side of the room and is down to only one now. We always give her treats for going still to this day and make a big deal when she does. I think the big deal and treats really makes her happy and she purposely finds a wee wee pad to go on.

Here is a funny tidbit to add. My husband isn't home most nights, therefore I usually sleep with my little girl. Lily has always slept with me and my little girl. So now when I get in my husband and my bed, Lily pees on his side everytime. Never does she pee in my daughters bed. I think she is trying to tell him something!
