| My CAT pees on Brooklyn's puppy pad's! I extended Brooklyn's area to my full bedroom while I'm at work because she LOVES my cat. They run and play all day together and I figured it would help with her lonliness during the day. I put her puppy pad by the porch door so she would still be used to going to the door to pee. Now my freakin cat pees on it! If any of you have cats then you know that cat urine is TERRIBLE it smells so bad and he's a big cat.. so it runs right off the pad and saturates it so Brooklyn can't use it. I don't know what to do. I guess I have to put her back in the smaller area away from my cat, but she was doing so much better being with him all day. Has anyone else had this problem??? My cat has never peed anywhere but his litter box before this! |

The little twerp! LOL...it kinda sounds to me like a territorial thing... I can't see how you can make the cat not do it. Cats are pretty willful!

| Do you put the peepad in a litterbox? Maybe the cat is getting confused. I put mine in one and My cat would pee on it too. Mine are outside trained now. I didnt like using peepads

| LOL tell me about it. I love cats! And Pip has soooo much personality, maybe it is a territorial thing. He's soooo good with Brooklyn though. He's never too rough with her and he lets her chase him around and bark at him. It's so cute. They even sleep together on my bed. I love them!!!!! Well, I guess Brooklyn will have to stay in the smaller area away from Pip because I can't have cat urine all over my wood floors! YUCK! |

I'm training my puppy to go outside too mostly. I just put the pee pad down in the room while I'm at work because I know she can't hold it all day... But I take her out in the morning and right after I get home and several times after that. I'm hoping when she gets older and can hold it longer I can get rid of the pads completely. But for now....
